NOVUS SKY

Our journey started in the year 2005 in the Mediterranean province of Turkey. Over the years ouroperations continued to get bigger and touch the lives of thousands of people. Currently we have active con- struction sites in Turkey and in the UK. Our company has adopted the vision of working with highgrade materials to create more comfortable and sustainable living/commercial spaces.

Our newest project NOVUS SKY is accompanied by the unique sea of Alanya, the warming sun, cleanair, promises a peaceful life. Known as the pearl of the Turkish Riviera, Alanya has 305 sunny days a year. Winters are mild and summers are hot. It impresses many people with the world-famous Cleopatra Beach and the longest beaches in the Mediterranean with a blue flag. Novus Sky is located 120 meters from the sea and offers Alanya’s unique sea and modern living life together. Our project is located just 15 km away from Alanya city center and 32 km from the Gazipaşa Airport.

LIVING SPACES” Our project has been prepared at a very high standart in terms of social areas; Outdoor indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna, children’s playground, fitness, parkinggarage, and reception area are just a few of them. Novus Sky was designed to meetall expectations by blending traditional architecture. Our project, which is inter – twined with social areas and city life, covers an area of 3350 square meters in the heart of the Mahmutlar district of Alanya. There are different apartment options suchas 1+1, 2+1, and 4+1 in the complex consisting of 2 blocks and 12 floors. In addition to being 120 meters from the sea, our project is located in a position to meet all your needs with cafe, restaurant, bar, and shopping options around it. Steel doors, interior automation systems, special size ceramics on the wet-areas, antibacterial walls foryour health, and insulated exterior materials are used in our apartments. In addition tothese, our project includes 24-hour private security systems, generators, and fire detectors. Under the assurance of Aydemir Group, it is covered by a 5-year warranty as 2years of construction.
